Cindy Champion of Triad, NC was dropped from her AAA policy after using the service 20 times in 4 years.
David Parsons CEO of AAA Carolinas said that the family was dropped because they cost AAA $1000 over three years. This is part of a standard policy to drop the 150 most expensive customers each year.
